A Whole Villa In Five Days Flat
A rental villa needed every bedroom and living space refloored between bookings. We measured to the millimetre, pre-cut off site, and laid 180 square metres of maple-effect laminate with acoustic underlay — guests never noticed a gap in the calendar.

Challenge & approach
Six Rooms, One Unbroken Flow
The villa's rooms had settled at slightly different heights over the years. We mapped every doorway with a laser, feathered the worst dips, and ran planks on a single axis so the whole floor reads as one surface from the front door to the far bedroom.
